to kip my eyes open n read the case.
skim-ed thru Eric Hiok's case,
n here's sumting bout it.
- tis case is classified under family law
- Eric Hiok was born a woman
- she underwent an operation to change her sex
- he den married tis woman 15 days aft i was born
- their marriage didnt last for long (>3 months)
- the wife filed for divorce
- the wife wanted the marriage to be null n void
- outcome was tad decree of nullity shuld b ordered
didnt even noe if i gt the facts rite. hais.
