im bck to blog! well, it's oredi the end of 2nd wk..... n im nt coping veh well. although i wkes up early, i cant concentrate on aniting. anw, sum funny incidents happened tis few days....thurs:was on our way to biz park when mad says,mad: ask me wad i did last nightzl: wad u did last night?mad: jus nw la... wad last night...zl: k, wad u did jus nw?mad: last night la... wad jus nw...zl: ........ so u wanted me to ask u wad u did last night or wad u did jus nw?*********************
during crim law lect, we were being taught on hw one nids a mens rea n actus reus in order to b convicted? anw, tad means apart frm doing the 'guilty act', the person oso mus hve the 'guilty thought' to commit the act. the nxt moment, mad was trying to disturb me. i was holding a pen n i sort of drew a line on her hand accidentally.mad : hey, i'm gonna charge you for drawing on my hand!zl: but i've got no intention... you need mens rea and actus reus to prove me guilty. since i dun hve any intention, u cant prove mens reamad: in madeline's code, mens rea is not required to prove that an accused is guilty... only actus reus is neededzl: nvm, i use 'self-defence' to defend myself!*********************
