oh well, i'm back from taiwan!
overall it was an okayyyyyyy trip.
Taipei 101 and Yang Ming Shan was an eye-opener!
the night markets were kind of boring though....
things are not cheap in the night markets, too....
before i actually left house for the airport, i wanted to post a note to my dearest ally who woke up at 4plus in the morning and texted me.
how sweet of her!
although kind of late, here they are:

although kind of late, here they are:
yes, sweet ally.. i will take care and TRY to not get lost.
i will TRY to remember the routes i took and not overspend the money i brought there.
i will watch what i eat! you too, make sure you lose
extra few pounds so that i can shower you with nice and tempting snacks from taiwan.
don't overwork yourself with RC just because we just ended our torturous work yesterday.
please also remember to rest when you are tired, eat when you are hungry.
i will mms you to keep you updated, so don't worry that your beloved ally will be lost in taiwan!

when i came back, i also had a note for her:
dearest ally, i've managed to land in singapore without getting lost or bumping into any foreign objects or pillars.
how about you? did you managed to lose some extra pounds?

awwww. i kind of miss seeing ally.
well, not really in THAT sense.
but i used to see her EVERYDAY, until i'm sian of her.. OOPS =X
since we tendered, life is kind of boring.
and i sure miss crapping and gossiping EVERYDAY with ally on our way to work and back home )):
BOO!
anyways, i see a big fire in my pocket when i came back.
plus with the march and april babies in bananas, my whole pants literally went on fire!
and then i was sharing that i have 1month to recuperate before the burning comes again..
unfortunately, i was so wrong.. because,

Ximending.
look at the drastic difference between the way i dress and the way the people there dresses!
it was superrrrrr cold then, none of the clothes i brought there were suitable )):
the very famous Ximending!
oh! this is super cool!
it's a moveable pawnshop!
so they just keep telecasting that that is a pawnshop and ask people to patronize them.

it was superrrrrrr cold despite my superrrrr warm jacket.
it's as if you've walked into a freezer, you can barely move your feet!

it's the first day we saw the sun since we got there.
it's kind of nice to see and feel the sun after being chucked into the freezer-like streets of Taipei.
well, Yang Ming Shan of course!
we walked superrrrrr far before we actually reached the place.
fruitful walk, since the flowers there were sooooo fabulous!
not very sure what tree that is.
but if i'm not wrong, this is actually the cherry blossom tree ((:
from the sign there, i understand that this is a cherry blossom tree.
but i may be wrong, since it's in chinese. LOL
super nice flowers at Yang Ming Shan!
oh! this tree's leaves are actually kind of star-shaped.
it's very nice, very cute.
and when you really get to see the whole tree with the leaves, it looks very magnificent.

they have the kind of telephone booths you see in those dramas.
too bad i didn't managed to take a photo with the telephone booths )):
they are actually having a flower festival up in Yang Ming Shan when i went, so it was superb!
you can see the magnificent flowers and it looks very grand when you walk into a fully blossomed pool of flowers!
managed to catch up with my meanie today.
well, we did some shopping (don't comment, ally. LOL)
some photos in swensen's when while we rested:
you can't blame this sister of mine for being playful....
afterall she's just 5 years old. LOL! *evil grins*
this is how it looks like when kids are concentrated on eating!
